The most desired feature of Beambox WiFi logins is the ability to capture powerful guest data, enabling your venue to build a high-quality marketing database of previous guests that can be used to increase business and grow your venue.
We’re powering up your WiFi logins with a new form builder, allowing you to completely customise the look of your email form, manage what data you want to capture and add custom fields that are unique to your venue.
Using the new form builder is easy and intuitive, simply head to Step 2 of your Setup once logged in to your Beambox dashboard. Click ‘Manage your form fields’ and the form builder will display. Any changes you make will update the preview in real-time and once you’re happy, simply click ‘Save & Continue’ to instantly update your guest network with your new login form.
Organising and adding your form fields
You can now re-organise your form fields effortlessly by simply dragging and dropping them within the form builder. You can also rename the labels of form fields by clicking on the names, which enables international venues to conveniently add translations for their languages.
We’ve also introduced some new standard fields, here’s the full list:
- Full name
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Phone number
If you change your mind about a field, you can delete it at any time by selecting the bin icon on the right-hand side. Note that this won’t remove your data for this field, so it’s risk-free!
Adding your custom data fields
You can now create and add your own custom data fields, allowing you to collect highly personalised data that is valuable to your business. Hotels can collect room numbers, restaurants can collect favourite food choices and retail stores can collect feedback scores.
It’s a great way to take your WiFi marketing to the next level. Custom data will be visible on your guest profiles, as well as in your CSV exports and integrations.
