How to Set Up Square Integration With Beambox

There are two sets of steps to set up Square integration. Step one is as follows:

  • First, integrate Square with Beambox, you will need your Square Access Token. Once you have your Access Token, log into your Beambox account.

  • Next, find and click the Integrations tab on your dashboard. Then open Square Integration by clicking “Manage.”

  • Then, paste your access token into the “Beambox Square Integration Access Token” box.

  • Lastly, click on the “Activate Integration” button.

Once Beambox successfully activates the Square integration, you’ll see a button labeled “Copy Webhook URL.” Copy this URL. You need to paste it into your Square Webhook subscriptions. Here’s how:

  1. Log into your Square Developer account.

  2. Click on the “Subscriptions” button in the sidebar menu.

  3. Locate the “Webhook Subscriptions” option.
  4. Click on “Add Subscription” and then fill out the following appropriate fields:
  • Enter a Webhook name.
  • Paste your previously copied Webhook URL into the text box. Leave the API version as is.
  • Select “order.created” and “order.updated”.
  • Save the form.

Your Beambox and Square accounts should now be activated and integrated completely.

Where to Find Your Square Integration Page

Now that you’ve integrated your Square POS and Beambox WiFi marketing, here’s where to locate the management dashboard.

  • Log into your Beambox account.
  • From the dashboard, locate “Integrations.”
