The trouble with review sites 😩

Ever get the feeling that you’d probably get a lot more reviews if people could be, well, bothered?

Asking someone to leave a review is quite a hard thing to do. There’s no great time in person to ask, and that sticker in the window… Well, when was the last time you took action from reading a sticker.

Reviews are a little tricky for customers too. You have the best intention to leave one but you never really commit to it. Then, when you’re ready to fire up the laptop you can’t actually remember half of what you were so impressed about.

This is where Review Automator comes in.

Getting reviews on auto-pilot 🛩

With Beambox, business owners can set up automatic messages that are sent to customers asking for reviews.

Once someone has visited your venue and connected to Beambox to use the internet, you can automatically send them a prompt to leave you a review at a set time after. If they rate you either 4 or 5 stars, they’ll be prompted to leave a written review on your site of choice.

If the customer chooses a 3-star rating or lower, they’ll be deflected to a form that will only be shared privately with you.

Not only do you catch the customer at a time when they are receptive to leaving a review, but they’ll have the link right there. It saves all those “oh, I’ll leave you a review later” conversations.
